The room was fantastic, bright, and had a bathroom; the breakfast included croissants, hard-boiled eggs, and cappuccino.

Hotel staffs were good. Location is perfect very near to metro station and city center. The room was clean.

The staff here were very friendly and ensured a peaceful environment, while the spacious triple room had hypoallergenic pillows and felt comfortable.

Great and nice staff, air conditioning in rooms, close to city center and main attractions. Perfect hotel for some days.

Walls are a little bit thin, you can hear neighbours as well as reception which is just few meters away. But all in all no problem.

Wi-Fi is great. It is 10min to walk from railway station.

I had a good stay. Staff was very kind and helpfull. Everything inside the room was ok. Room was large and clean. Tipically italian breakfast, it means cappuccino and cornetto only! But a very very good quality. I knew before to arrive they charge 8 euros for ac, but anyway I found also this information in the details of this hotel. I think it's a good deal because you can get a good price for the room and you can decide at your arrival if you want or not a/C. It depends on the weather! Recommended

Extra charge for air conditioning, room very hot. A bit difficult to find, keys to the doors a bit "iffy". Breakfast non existent.

We had a great experience at a comfortable and very clean room in the heart of Rome. Santamaria Inn offered fantastic amenities, including a small fridge in the room and access to a kitchen in the hall for breakfast and coffee in the morning. the location was perfect, just a short walk from Termini and a convenient metro station nearby. We appreciated the proximity to supermarkets and pubs, making it easy to explore the local area. We highly recommend it to others!

clean hotel, and the staff were knowledgeable, location was excellent close to transport links. the rooms they have were neat and nicely decorated with a nice bathroom and toiletries. location: the property was close enough to santamaria inn for 5 nights, termini train station and colosseum and metro station vittorio emmanuele.
